Yes! Every pillow is fully hand-sewn by me. From cutting the fabric to stitching the final details, each step is done with patience, care, and attention to detail.
How do I personalize my pillow?
We have tried to make the process as simple as possible. To personalize your pillow, please check the last 4 or 5 images in the product image slide to view our customization charts. There you will find our yarn chart, fabric color chart
How long does it take to make my order?
Processing times vary depending on the item, but most pieces are ready within 3—4 business days and shipped as soon as they are ready. Since everything is handmade and customized, I take my time to ensure each piece is perfect.
Can I request a custom design or color theme?
Absolutely! I love bringing your ideas to life. Send me a message with your vision — whether it’s a theme, color palette, name, or special detail — and I’ll be happy to work with you.
Do you send previews before sewing?
If your item includes custom lettering or design elements, I can send a digital preview upon request. This ensures we’re aligned before I begin sewing.
Why are the prices on your website different from your social media pages?
Our social media pages cater to local sales only while our website caters to international customers. The different prices reflect added taxes, packaging & handling costs, currency conversion rates, and site fees. If you are a local customer, please order via our social media pages. If you are an international customer, please use our website as we are not able to process international orders away from our website.
